By accessing and using our website and ordering from The Notes Guide you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 - 5 working days. All orders will be shipped via Evri unless otherwise specified. We cannot accept any liability for any delays in the Evri service/delivery service or mishandling of the package by the postal carrier.

Digital products are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted for physical products up to 14 days after you receive your order. If you receive your order and would like to return it, send us an email to thenotesguide@gmail.com to let us know what you'd like to return and wrap it securely in original packaging to send back to us. Please note the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing the product has not be used and is in suitable condition for resale. Depending on your payment method, refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. The refund amount will not include any shipping fees. We cannot issue refund on items that are damaged or unsuitable for resale. Items must arrive back ideally in their original packaging and be suitable for resale.

If you have received an incorrect order or if your products are of poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photographic evidence so we can sort this.
We reserve the right to use photographs of orders on our website, Instagram page, Facebook page and Tik Tok page. If you would like us not to take or use pictures of your order, you must inform us when placing your order.
